Our Organization
Research School in Stem Cell Biology
Through our Research School, we aim to cultivate a vibrant academic community, providing a platform for interdisciplinary collaboration, knowledge exchange, and professional growth.
Established in 2006 as a collaborative effort between the Hemato-Linné research environment and the Lund Stem Cell Center, the RSSCB has been a driving force in advancing stem cell research and education. Today, the Research School receives support from Lund Stem Cell Center's StemTherapy program, a Strategic Research Area for Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine.
As part of our commitment to excellence, the Research School is governed by a dedicated Board responsible for strategic decision-making, budget approval, quality assurance, and setting the future vision. The Board plays a vital role in shaping the overall direction and priorities of the Research School, ensuring the development of cutting-edge research training programs, and fostering career advancement opportunities for our students and researchers.
